LoA Provisions

Metta: Jurnal Ilmu Multidisiplin is committed to maintaining transparency, academic integrity, and editorial independence in issuing Letters of Acceptance (LoA). An LoA serves as official confirmation that a manuscript has successfully completed the required editorial screening, single-blind peer-review process, necessary revisions, and final editorial evaluation, and has been formally accepted for publication.

The journal issues its Letter of Acceptance exclusively through an official acceptance notification email sent to the corresponding author via the journal's authorized editorial communication system. This email constitutes valid documentary evidence of manuscript acceptance. Metta: Jurnal Ilmu Multidisiplin does not issue separate LoA documents in PDF format, printed acceptance letters, or additional acceptance certificates. Authors may use the official acceptance email for academic, institutional, or administrative purposes.

The issuance of an LoA is based exclusively on the manuscript's academic quality, originality, methodological rigor, relevance to the journal's Focus and Scope, compliance with publication ethics, and final editorial approval. Reviewer recommendations alone do not constitute formal acceptance. Payment of submission or publication fees does not guarantee manuscript acceptance or influence editorial decisions.

An official LoA confirms that the manuscript has been accepted for publication but does not indicate that the article has already been published or guarantee publication in a particular issue. Accepted manuscripts must complete the applicable administrative, copyediting, proofreading, layout, and production procedures before publication.

The journal reserves the right to verify the authenticity of acceptance notifications and reconsider or revoke acceptance if serious academic misconduct, ethical violations, or significant irregularities are identified before publication. Any revocation must be supported by appropriate editorial assessment and communicated to the corresponding author through an official email.

Through this policy, Metta: Jurnal Ilmu Multidisiplin ensures that manuscript acceptance is communicated officially, transparently, and consistently while maintaining academic integrity, editorial independence, and responsible scholarly publishing practices.
