All articles published in the journal are made freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication, without subscription fees, registration requirements, access charges, or embargo periods.

The journal supports the principles of open access by ensuring that scholarly publications are available to researchers, academics, practitioners, policymakers, students, and the general public worldwide.

2. Open Access Licensing

All articles published in Ganaya: Jurnal Ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).

4. Conditions of Reuse

a. Attribution (BY)

5. Copyright and Author Rights

Authors retain copyright to their original scholarly works and grant Ganaya: Jurnal Ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora the non-exclusive right of first publication.

By publishing in the journal, authors agree to make their articles available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), enabling unrestricted access and reuse in accordance with the license conditions.

Authors retain the right to distribute, archive, reproduce, and reuse their published works, including depositing the published version in institutional or disciplinary repositories and incorporating the work into subsequent scholarly publications, with appropriate acknowledgment of its initial publication in the journal.

6. Self-Archiving Policy

Ganaya: Jurnal Ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora permits authors to deposit and share their published articles in institutional repositories, disciplinary repositories, personal academic websites, and other scholarly platforms without an embargo period.

Authors are encouraged to include the full bibliographic citation, DOI or permanent URL, and the applicable CC BY-SA 4.0 license information when archiving or distributing their published works.
