The increasingly critical environmental conditions have encouraged the women of Pondok Kelapa Village, who are housewives, to form the Lemau River Women's Group to participate together in efforts to save the environment. This research highlights the efforts made by the Lemau River Women's Group in responding to ecological disasters and environmental damage in Pondok Kelapa II Village, Central Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. A qualitative research method with a descriptive approach was chosen to explain the efforts made by the Lemau River Women's Group in advocating for environmental protection as a response to influence public policy and save the village's coastal area. The research data were collected through non-participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and then the data analysis stage was carried out. The results showed that the efforts made by women's groups in responding to ecological disasters include: non-litigation environmental advocacy as an attempt to influence policies that are environmentally sound and gender-responsive are still being fought for by women's groups today, other initiatives are efforts to adapt and mitigate ecological disasters carried out by groups by switching jobs to find alternative sources of income or economy from the previous way of utilizing marine products, then some initiatives have been carried out by women's groups by planting mangroves which aim to be an ecosystem rehabilitation action for further response to mitigate disasters and save the village coastal area. This research concludes that environmentally conscious women have become a pressure group for public policies that are not ecologically sound and have an impact on the ecological, and socio-economic conditions of the community. Women's groups are also at the forefront of responding to ecological disasters and environmental damage through disaster adaptation and mitigation efforts.
2025-05-19T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Shendy Shendy, Panji Suminar, Ika Pasca Himawati (Author) https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/4128 Analisis Spasial Kerawanan Longsor Dengan Metode AHP dan SIG Kajian Mitigasi Bencana di Mojo, Kabupaten Kediri 2025-04-23T13:26:28+00:00 Mita Intan Sari mitaintansari3@gmail.com Syamsul Bachri mitaintansari3@gmail.com Sugeng Utaya mitaintansari3@gmail.com Yusuf Suharto mitaintansari3@gmail.com Heni Masruroh globalanesia@gmail.com
Landslides often occur in areas with steep topography and unstable geology. This study analyzes the main factors contributing to landslides using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and vulnerability mapping based on Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). The five main parameters used include slope steepness, soil texture, rainfall, geology, and land use. The AHP weighting results indicate slope steepness as the dominant factor (weight 0.40), followed by soil texture with a value of 0.25, rainfall 0.15, geology 0.12, and land use 0.08. The vulnerability index map is divided into three classes: low, moderate, and high. Validation using data from 13 actual landslide events shows high spatial consistency, particularly in the southwestern and central regions of Mojo District, which experience high rainfall and sandy clay soils that are less stable. The final results of this study can serve as a basis for landslide disaster mitigation efforts and spatial planning in landslide-prone areas.
2025-05-19T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Mita Intan Sari, Syamsul Bachri, Sugeng Utaya, Yusuf Suharto, Heni Masruroh (Author) https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/4361 Analisis Peranan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dalam Perlindungan Nasabah Akibat Kepailitan Perusahaan Asuransi 2025-05-14T02:43:38+00:00 Indah Kurniati Siregar kurindahsrg@gmail.com Kusmilawaty Kusmilawaty kurindahsrg@gmail.com Nur Ahmadi Bi Rahmani kurindahsrg@gmail.com
The Financial Services Authority (OJK) is a key government body in Indonesia that oversees the insurance sector and all other financial service providers by creating a unified regulatory and supervisory framework. One of the stocks that is in demand is the banking sector. The banking sector is considered to have the ability to survive all conditions because the banking sector is the driving force of the economy. To assess whether a bank's stock is in good condition, you can pay attention to its financial ratios such as Return of Equity (ROE), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of ROE, CAR and LDR on stock prices. This study was conducted on banking companies listed in the Infobank15 index in the period 2020 to 2022. The sampling method used probability sampling and the SPSS application. The results of the study showed that Return of Equity had a positive and significant effect on banking stock prices. Then the results of the study on the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio also showed positive and significant results. However, the results of the Loan to Deposit Ratio study showed a negative and significant effect on banking stock prices. Then the size of the company as a control variable showed positive and significant results in controlling the effect of ROE, CAR and LDR on stock prices so as to avoid bias. The theoretical implication of this research is that it is able to support and add to the scientific treasury, especially signal theory. Meanwhile, the practical implication of this research is for investors and the public to pay more attention to banking financial ratios when considering investing in banking stocks.
2025-05-19T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 I Kadek Yasa Astawa, I Made Karya Utama (Author) https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/4181 Transformasi Tradisi Perang Obor Jepara Dalam Perancangan Coffee Table dengan Metode ATUMICS 2025-04-26T01:28:57+00:00 Habib Hasan Abdi Masabdi habibhasan@std.isi-ska.ac.id Indarto Indarto globalanesia@gmail.com Neni Nurul Rosalina globalanesia@gmail.com
The Perang Obor tradition in Jepara is one of the local cultural heritages that contains spiritual, symbolic and community identity values. This research aims to explore and transform the visual and philosophical elements of the tradition into contemporary furniture design in the form of a coffee table. The approach used is culture-based design with the application of the ATUMICS (artifact, technique, utility, material, icon, concept, shape) analysis method as a systematic framework in the design process. Data was obtained through visual observation of the implementation of traditions, documentation of cultural elements, and literature studies on symbolic values and product design aspects. The analysis process was conducted to determine the elements of tradition that can be maintained, modified, or eliminated in the realization of modern design. The results show that the main symbol in the form of a torch can be interpreted visually through the shape of table legs, decorative patterns, and a combination of materials such as wood and rattan that represent the flame and simplicity of local values. The final design not only fulfills functional and aesthetic aspects, but also conveys a strong cultural narrative, making the furniture a medium of preservation and expression of Jepara's cultural identity. This innovation proves that the ATUMICS method is effective in integrating traditional heritage into modern, contextually relevant design products. The design results also have the potential to expand the scope of culture-based design in the local creative industry that is oriented towards the preservation of traditional values.
2025-05-19T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Habib Hasan Abdi Masabdi, Indarto Indarto, Neni Nurul Rosalina (Author) https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/4212 Perebutan Air dan Ketidakberdayaan Kelompok Tani Dalam Menjaga Irigasi Studi Kasus di Padukuhan Bayen, Kabupaten Sleman Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 2025-04-14T10:38:05+00:00 Anggalih Bayu Muh Kamim anggalihbayu@apps.ipb.ac.id Arya Hadi Dharmawan adharma@apps.ipb.ac.id Melani Abdulkadir-Sunito melani@samdhana.org Bayu Eka Yulian bayueka@apps.ipb.ac.id
This study analyzes the inability of “peasant organization” to control irrigation resources in rural-urban areas. Water disputes have arisen among peasants in rural-urban areas due to their limited capacity to organize themselves and manage available resources. This research seeks to examine the weaknesses in the role of peasant organizations in coordinating the use of irrigation resources. This study is a qualitative research using case study approach, focusing on Bayen sub-village, District of Sleman Special Region of Yogyakarta. The data collection process was done via in-depth interviews, documentation techniques, and field observation. The analyst’s work progressed from study preparation to data verification and conclusion. The research reveals that elite peasants have become central actors in water disputes, undermining the effectiveness of peasant organizations. Furthermore, both local and village governments fail to adequately support these organizations due to budgetary constraints and limited policymaking capacity. The “peasant organization” also does not have sufficient capacity to coordinate with other peasants in many different areas surrounding Bayen sub-village. The study shows that the bad condition of irrigation in Bayen sub-village is related to the lack of capacity of peasants to negotiate with different actors that have many different interests. Urban economic expansion led to the establishment of an ice factory, disrupting peasant irrigation systems. The toll road project, a consequence of urban economic expansion, has also disrupted irrigation systems in the region. As a result of these problems, the peasants, together with the head of Bayen sub-village, can only promote the use of toll drainage as an emergency irrigation measure.
2025-05-19T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Anggalih Bayu Muh Kamim, Arya Hadi Dharmawan, Melani Abdulkadir-Sunito, Bayu Eka Yulian (Author) https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/4056 Kolaborasi Pentahelix dalam Pengelolaan Wisata Budaya pada Desa Wisata 2025-02-21T11:47:54+00:00 Ni Desak Made Santi Diwyarthi santidiwyarthi@yahoo.com I Dewa Putu Hendri Pramana santidiwyarthi@yahoo.com I Wayan Adi Pratama santidiwyarthi@yahoo.com Nyoman Gede Mas Wiartha santidiwyarthi@yahoo.com I Wayan Jata santidiwyarthi@yahoo.com
This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach conducted from March to April 2025. This study examines the role of Ambidextrous Organizational Culture (AOC) and Psychological Safety (PS) in shaping Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) among IT employees in Indonesia. Grounded in the Interactionist Perspective on Creativity, the study uses a quantitative approach with an online survey of 144 IT professionals. Validated instruments were used to measure AOC, PS, and IWB, with data analyzed using linear regression and Hayes' PROCESS Model 4. The findings show that AOC significantly predicts IWB both directly (β = 0.3973, p < 0.01) and indirectly through PS (indirect β = 0.2239), indicating a significant partial mediation effect. These results highlight the importance of cultivating a dual-focused organizational culture and psychologically safe environments to stimulate employee innovation. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach through a literature study of two textbooks, using a multicomponent approach that includes five main aspects: content, language, presentation, thematic concepts, and evaluation. The results of the study show that K13 books are conceptual and memorization-oriented with a linear approach, while IKM books are more contextual, communicative, and support active learning through the integration of character values and digital features such as QR codes. IKM books also show excellence in presenting materials that are relevant to students' lives and supporting the development of 21st century skills. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the Independent Curriculum book is more responsive to the needs of modern students and more effective in supporting the internalization of the values of faith and morals. These findings contribute to the development of religious textbooks as evaluation and reference materials in designing learning materials that are integrative, applicative, and in line with the spirit of the latest curriculum-based character education.
2025-06-19T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Rifqi Nurhibatulloh, Tumin Tumin (Author) https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/4522 Perlawanan Perempuan dalam Novel Penangsang Tembang Rindu Dendam dan Novel Pada Sebuah Kapal Kajian Feminisme Sosial 2025-06-14T02:34:49+00:00 Melia Widiarti melia.23003@mhs.unesa.ac.id Haris Supratno melia.23003@mhs.unesa.ac.id Octo Dendy Andriyanto melia.23003@mhs.unesa.ac.id
The background of this research is the reality of gender injustice and marginalization of women that are still strongly reflected in Indonesian literary works. The purpose of this research is to identify the resistance strategies carried out by female characters in facing subordination, stereotypes, marginalization, and symbolic violence that are legitimized by patriarchal social, political, and cultural structures. The method used is descriptive qualitative with semiotic analysis and content analysis techniques, where the main data are narratives in the two novels that show the dynamics of injustice and women's resistance. The type of data used is in the form of text excerpts or narratives that describe women's resistance to the patriarchal system. The results of the study show that women's resistance in both novels is not always confrontational, but is also manifested through symbolic strategies, emotional solidarity, affirmation of the right to education, and negotiation of meaning in domestic and public spaces. Female characters such as Ratu Mas Nyowo, Ratu Kalinyamat, and Rani Suhita in Penangsang Tembang Rindu Dendam fight for their position and dignity amidst political intrigue and power, while Sri in Pada Sebuah Kapal displays a more personal and emotional resistance to household pressures and societal expectations. This research provides theoretical contributions to the development of feminist and semiotic studies of literature, by showing how women as active subjects are able to negotiate identity, role, and influence amidst the limitations of the patriarchal system. Socially, this research highlights the importance of awareness of gender injustice and women's resistance in society, which can inspire social change in a modern context.
2025-06-19T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Melia Widiarti, Haris Supratno, Octo Dendy Andriyanto (Author) https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/4426 Strategi Branding MRT Jakarta melalui Konten Media Sosial Instagram Dalam Membangun Citra Perusahaan 2025-05-27T12:10:21+00:00 Syalwa Fatikha Maydar syalwafatikhamaydar@gmail.com Azwar Azwar 2110411236@mahasiswa.upnvj.ac.id
Instagram is widely used by product and service companies, especially MRT Jakarta. However, its implementation faces serious governance challenges, such as overlapping authority between the Batam City Government and the Batam Indonesia Free Zone Authority (BP Batam), inadequate supporting infrastructure, and low stakeholder engagement. This study aims to analyze the collaborative governance model in the management of the Nongsa SEZ using the framework of Ansell and Gash, which consists of four core components: starting conditions, institutional design, facilitative leadership, and the collaborative process. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, utilizing in-depth interviews, document analysis, and participatory observation as data collection techniques. The findings reveal four main issues: power imbalances, exclusivity in institutional design, weak facilitative leadership, and suboptimal collaborative processes. These factors hinder the development of inclusive and sustainable collaboration. This study offers practical contributions by proposing a participatory collaborative forum and academic contributions by enriching the literature on collaborative governance in digital economy-oriented SEZ development in Indonesia. This study concludes that the governance of the Nongsa SEZ has not yet fully met the prerequisites for effective collaboration as defined by Ansell and Gash. Analysis reveals that, beyond difficulties in formal and vernacular Indonesian, these students encounter discriminatory racial prejudice. This discrimination stems from a historical javanization process implemented by the Sukarno and Soeharto governments, leading to language hierarchization, structural racism, and racial discrimination. The primary objective of this research is to analyze the performance and well-being of Tutors engaged in platform-mediated learning, and to examine whether their employment status reflects the characteristics typically associated with new forms of labor. Employing a qualitative descriptive method and a case study approach, data were collected through surveys, interviews, and document analysis focusing on Tutors of the Government Science Study Program. The findings indicate that Tutors perform their contractual duties with varying levels of dedication, receive their entitlements, and exhibit diverse professional backgrounds. The majority perceive the partnership system to be reasonably fair, enjoy a degree of work flexibility, and benefit from adequate technological support and training. Nonetheless, several challenges persist, particularly regarding the quality of instruction, recognition and reward systems, mechanisms for performance monitoring, and anxieties over the potential displacement of Tutors by artificial intelligence or other forms of automated reasoning. The study concludes that Tutors in Distance Education cannot yet be fully classified as new forms of labor, given their relatively stable work control and equitable partnership arrangements. However, signs of precarization remain evident, especially in relation to professional recognition and labor protection. Therefore, there is a pressing need for stronger regulatory frameworks and institutional strategies to safeguard the sustainability of the Tutor’s role within the Distance Education ecosystem.
2025-07-01T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Sapto Setyo Nugroho (Author) https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/4557 Textual Poaching Dalam Industri Budaya K-Pop Oleh Penggemar sebagai Prosumer 2025-06-19T12:08:05+00:00 Rizka Annisa Sari rizka.annisa32@ui.ac.id Arini Salsabila arini.salsabila41@ui.ac.id Yunati Alinda yunati.alinda@ui.ac.id Adinda Aulia Nurhaliza adinda.aulia43@ui.ac.id
The K-Pop industry as a form of subculture within popular culture, offers more than just analysis focused on artists and their music, but also consider the aspect of it fans. The prosumer theories of Alvin Toffler and Henry Jenkins are applied to examine the blurred lines between producers and consumers in participatory culture. Findings reveal that fans do not merely consume cultural texts but also reconstruct and redistribute new meanings based on personal preferences, demonstrating their creative autonomy. Although some gain material benefits, most of these activities are carried out voluntarily and are regarded as hobbies, so they are unaware of the subtle element of free labour in the activities they engage in. This study examines the structure and meaning of village toponymy along the Cimande River, analyzes its correlation with hydrogeological disaster vulnerability, and formulates a mitigation model based on local wisdom. This study employs a qualitative approach with an anthropological focus, collecting data through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Informants were purposely selected from among traditional leaders with knowledge of local history. The results show that village toponymy in this region contains many geographical and hydrological elements. For example, the word Leuwi "pool or inner part of a river," Parakan "swamp; place to catch fish," and Ranca "swamp," indicating flood-prone areas. Conversely, villages with names referring to high areas, such as Pasir ("hill"), Lamping ("sloping land"), Nendeut ("landslide"), and Manggung ("higher place/area"), have lower vulnerability to flooding but higher vulnerability to landslides. These toponyms' meanings correlate with the level of disaster vulnerability in the Cimande watershed area, making them useful local indicators for mitigation. These findings emphasize the importance of utilizing toponymy as a source of information and as the basis for developing a hydro-meteorological disaster mitigation model rooted in local wisdom. This model could be used by policymakers, particularly the Sumedang Regency Government, to integrate traditional knowledge into spatial planning, education, and community outreach.
2025-07-07T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Taufik Setyadi Aras, Dadi Suhanda (Author) https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/4111 Analisis Struktur Teks Pemberitaan Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Pada Akun Instagram Narasi News Room 2025-03-06T11:23:10+00:00 Floka Nasywa Fathya flokaafathya@upi.edu Dadang S. In response to growing demands for openness, KPU RI launched the Open Data KPU platform. However, in the context of the 2024 General Elections, challenges such as data leakage, fragmented portals, system inaccuracies, and the absence of unified regulations under the One Data Indonesia initiative continue to hinder the effectiveness of open government data (OGD) implementation. These issues not only obstruct data governance but also risk undermining public trust in electoral integrity. To address this, the study assesses KPU RI’s OGD maturity using the Open Data Maturity Model (OD-MM) by Solar et al., through a qualitative approach combining expert interviews and document analysis. The findings reveal that KPU RI’s OGD maturity level remains at Level 2, categorized as Emerging Capacities, which indicates that capabilities to meet the required criteria have begun to appear, with similar procedures being carried out, but without formal standards or documented processes. As a subscription-based Over The Top (OTT) platform, Netflix effectively influenced public opinion and perception of Jessica Wongso and other characters in the documentary by establishing a new narrative framework through emotional visualization and dramatic storytelling. This investigation aims to examine how Netflix shapes new public opinion and influences the public's perception of Jessica Wongso and other characters. The methodology involved a literature review examining five prior studies on framing from Google Scholar and SINTA-accredited journals. The findings demonstrate Netflix's effectiveness in altering public perceptions. The documentary substantially altered the public's perception of Jessica, initially depicted as cold, portraying her instead as a vulnerable figure possibly denied justice. Edi Darmawan Salihin, the victim's father, was also framed as an arrogant and dominant antagonist through visuals and interviews, underscoring documentary media's influence on individual perceptions. Discussions emerged regarding the reframing's endurance and the impact of social media posts (both official and prosumer) on its success, given the public's critical media consumption. In summary, "Ice Cold" effectively reframed the case narrative and influenced new public opinion, igniting widespread conversation. Future research is advised to incorporate the victim's family's perspective and the evolution of public opinion following Jessica Wongso's parole for a more thorough and impartial study.
2025-08-06T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Adinda Aulia Nurhaliza, Rizka Annisa Sari, Yunati Alinda (Author) https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/4642 Strategi Akselerasi Insurtech Syariah Dalam Meningkatkan Partisipasi Asuransi di Indonesia 2025-07-11T13:26:09+00:00 Fatimah Aini Lubis fatimahaini548@gmail.com Nurbaiti Nurbaiti nurbaiti@uinsu.ac.id Nurwani Nurwani nurwani@uinsu.ac.id
There is considerable room for expansion in Indonesia’s Islamic financial sector, including Islamic insurance. The dynamics of imports, exports, money supply (M2), inflation, and Bank Indonesia's (BI) benchmark interest rate are believed to play a crucial role in currency movements. The primary objective of this research is to analyze the long-term and short-term effects of these variables on the USD/IDR exchange rate in Indonesia. This study is quantitative in nature, using time series data and applying the Error Correction Model (ECM) to identify long-term relationships among variables as well as short-term adjustment mechanisms. The analysis results indicate that in the long run, Money Supply (M2), inflation, and BI interest rates have a significant positive relationship with the exchange rate (Rupiah depreciation), while imports and exports show a significant negative relationship (Rupiah appreciation). In the short term, changes in all independent variables also significantly affect exchange rate movements, with M2, inflation, and BI interest rates causing depreciation, while imports and exports cause appreciation. A significant error correction value indicates the presence of an adjustment process to return to long-term equilibrium. The jawara, who are negatively stigmatized by society, actually possess noble values, such as religiosity, courage, justice and solidarity, trustworthiness and honesty, as well as authority and well-being. These values can be emulated and integrated into lessons and extracurricular activities to strengthen character education among students. Thus, problems of moral degradation and student delinquency, such as drug abuse, brawls, and violence, can be addressed through the understanding and internalization of these noble values as a form of local wisdom that serves as a source for strengthening character education. Using the framework of Social Identity Theory by Henri Tajfel and John C. Turner, this article examines how the true jawara identity is constructed. The research approach is qualitative, employing a phenomenological method through in-depth interviews and a literature review. The results show that the formation of a positive jawara identity occurs through three psychosocial processes: (1) Social categorization, which firmly distinguishes the in-group of "true jawara" from the out-group of "thugs" or "henchmen"; (2) Social identification, where the jawara internalize noble values—namely being religious, courageous, trustworthy, honest, just, and authoritative—as the prototype of their identity ; and (3) Social comparison, which is a conscious effort to build a positive and respected image of the jawara in the eyes of society. This process of reconstructing identity meaning offers a rich and authentic model of local wisdom for strengthening character education. The noble values of Jawara Banten can be integrated into school subjects such as History, Social Studies, and Civics. The primary objective was to evaluate the presence of significant abnormal returns on 25 BUMN/affiliate shares and the Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG), compare returns, and examine absolute share price changes. Adopting a quantitative event study methodology, the research used secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), including daily closing prices for the specified shares and the IHSG. The data was collected during an event window from five days before to five days after the announcement. Analysis was conducted using the Market Adjusted Model, with hypotheses tested via a one-sample t-test and a paired-samples mean difference test (Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test) at a 0.05 significance level. The results show no statistically significant abnormal returns on either BUMN/affiliate shares or the IHSG. However, there was a significant decrease in the average price of both asset groups following the announcement. This finding supports the semi-strong form of the Efficient Market Hypothesis (EMH), as public information was integrated efficiently, preventing persistent abnormal gains.
