The aim of this research is to present the dynamics of the relationship between farmers and land in West Timor, East Nusa Tenggara. The method of this research is descriptive-qualitative through indepth interview and observation. By using an agrarian political economy perspective, this paper finds several things, i.e 1) the position of farmers is not completely dependent on agriculture. Their main occupation as farmers does not make them independent farmers in the agricultural sector. 2) Farmers carry out other activities, especially animal husbandry. This business actually generates income that is much greater than agricultural production in order to help them survive. 3) The disposition of smallholders seems very vulnerable to systemic impoverishment, meanwhile, farmers who own rice fields can still get capital accumulation from agricultural businesses. In the end, the struggle of the farmers in Timor was carried out in order to survive in the midst of economic difficulties due to the free market which then created the challenge of de-agrarianization.
Christine E. Economic actors such as companies also experienced a decline in the economy. The losses experienced by the company also affect the workforce working in the company, including in this case the technicians. The purpose of this study was to identify the experiences of technician workers affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in Surabaya. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with interviews and literature studies. The data were analyzed using phenomenological theory by Hans Georg Gadamer. The results showed that the company suffered significant losses due to the Covid-19 pandemic, so it had to decide to reduce the technician workforce. The impact received by the technician workforce includes being transferred to another branch of the company, as well as being laid off. Some of the disturbances experienced by workers such as having to adapt to a new environment, learning to understand tasks from scratch and economic difficulties. In Gadamer's view of phenomenology, the expression of technicians is a form of explanation and expression of the experience of participation and openness. The workers do not necessarily despair over the existing disturbances, because of the efforts made ranging from adaptation, business, and learning, to opening their businesses over time the workers begin to adapt to current conditions. The workers hope that the Covid-19 pandemic will end soon and the economy can return to normal as before.

Dhiyaul Auliyah, Martinus Legowo (Author) Copyright (c) 2022 Dhiyaul Auliyah, Martinus Legowo (Author) Tue, 15 Mar 2022 00:00:00 +0000 Perancangan Panyacah Awig Rejang Pala dalam Penguatan Ekosistem Tari Rejang Pala
The Karangasem district has a wealth of rejang rituals spreading throughout several of its sub-districts and handed down through the ages to these days. The community’s constancy in preserving the rejang tradition is a true reflection of the power of written and unwritten set of customary rules (awig-awig). The Rejang Pala from the traditional village of Nongan in the sub-district of Rendang, in the district of Karangasem disappeared in 1917 following the terrifying earthquake that hit Bali on that year. It is therefore imperative that its existence in the village written awig-awig should be restored. The aim of this is to strengthen the dance ecosystem after a reconstructed choreography was successfully made in 2019. Efforts to include the rejang as part of the awig-awig should be preceded by planning the design of the payacah awig, that is, an elaboration of article after article of the awig-awig by means of a research applying a qualitative methodology. Observation should be carried out in several ancient villages where the tradition of rejang has been handed down, complemented with interviews, literature studies and documentation. The data analysis and the compilation of the report should be descriptive. The outcome of the research should include the following elements of the Rejang Pala’s panyacah awig, formulated through: 1) a self-critic of the reconstruction process up to the launching of the dance (makebah); 2) an inquiry into whatever rules pertaining to the planning and design of the Rejang Pala’s panyacah awig in line with the characteristics of the local villages and 3) formulation of the design of the Rejang Pala’s panyacah awig in line with the characteristics of the local villages. Finally, it is hoped that the design of the panyacah awig will result in the revival of the Rejang Pala for the benefit of the culture and the welfare of the custodians of this cultural heritage.
Ida Ayu Wayan Arya Satyani, I Wayan Adi Gunarta (Author) Copyright (c) 2022 Ida Ayu Wayan Arya Satyani, I Wayan Adi Gunarta (Author) Tue, 15 Mar 2022 00:00:00 +0000 Pemasaran Online Dalam Meningkatkan Daya Tahan dan Volume Penjualan Di Era Pandemi Covid 19
The problems in research this is how described online marketing strategies to improve its durability and the sales volume in the covid 19.This study attempts to described online marketing strategies to improve its durability and the sales volume in the covid 19. Concept used in this research was marketing, communication social media intagram, model SOSTAC. Research methodology used is the qualitative descriptive. Data collection is done through the observation, in-depth interviews with key informants the a shopkeeper customers products online and buyers Toko Pernah Trendy. Next, study and the tracing of documentation over the internet for obtain information or data relating to the study.
