Along with the increasing development of modern lifestyles, busy work causes them to often consume fast food. Limited time to cook is the reason someone prefers to consume fast food. The increasing desire of the community to start implementing a healthy lifestyle in the midst of many office or other activities, causing them not to be able to prepare their own food or drink to be consumed creates a good opportunity for food producers, especially producers who sell healty food. Manufacturers must pay attention and be able to meet consumer preferences in making choices that are sometimes very selective by understanding and responding to consumer desires in order to create products that are not only healthy but also healthy This study aims to examine the preferences of producers in processing healthy food products, later this research will help identify what factors are prioritized by producers in producing and marketing healthy food to consumers. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach and using purposive sampling technique. Based on the findings in the field, some producers were moved by the lack of quality healthy food choices in the area. They strive to provide truly healthy products, using low calorie and sugar ingredients to replace less healthy ingredients such as mayonnaise and condensed milk. In addition, personal backgrounds, such as a love for healthy food, are also a major motivation in producing healthy food. The high public demand for healthy food encourages manufacturers to innovate. The background of this research stems from the necessity to acknowledge formal, non-formal, and informal learning experiences according to existing regulations. Over the past five semesters, there was fluctuation in both RPL application numbers and rejection rates. Notably, although the number of rejected applications totaled 967 cases despite being a small percentage (0.9%), this still negatively impacted UT due to many applicants failing to register courses or canceling their enrollment altogether. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation models of RPL policies and factors influencing them at UT. Using qualitative methods involving deep interviews and document analysis across three locations: Jakarta, Surabaya, and Palembang. The findings reveal significant challenges in implementing RPL policies at UT including difficulties among students understanding RPL requirements and incomplete administrative documents. Despite fluctuations in application numbers, low rejection rates were observed; however ineffective communication and socialization hindered acknowledgment processes significantly. Conclusions stress improvements needed in informational systems and admission applications facilitating student candidates' progress. Additionally emphasizing increased transparency and accountability throughout evaluation processes ensures educational quality maintenance. Recommendations suggest developing new implementation models responsive towards student needs enhancing efficiency/effectiveness within UT's RPL programs.
Milwan Milwan, Laras Ayu Andini, Amud Sunarya, Syafila Nur Awinda, Eric Adam Prasetyo (Author) Copyright (c) 2025 Milwan Milwan, Laras Ayu Andini, Amud Sunarya, Syafila Nur Awinda, Eric Adam Prasetyo (Author) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/3890 Fri, 07 Feb 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Peran Online Customer Experience Dalam Meningkatkan Customer Satisfaction Dan Repurchase Intention Pada Platform Digital https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/3950
In the rapidly evolving digital era, digital platforms have become an integral part of consumers' daily lives. AI algorithms used in various digital platforms adjust content based on individual preferences, which indirectly shapes social identities and social norms within online communities. This research aims to examine how AI affects user interaction patterns, forms social identities, and strengthens or weakens social dynamics through mechanisms such as echo chambers and filter bubbles. This study uses a qualitative approach with an exploratory method, which involves semi-structured interviews with 20-30 participants from various backgrounds, as well as a quantitative survey of 300-500 respondents. The results show that AI plays a dual role in shaping social attachment, where 78% of respondents feel more connected to their digital community, but at the same time experience limited access to different perspectives due to algorithm personalization. Other findings suggest that AI algorithms contribute to increased social polarization by reinforcing boundaries between groups that have different views. In conclusion, while AI has the potential to create a more inclusive digital space, current algorithm implementations are more focused on extreme personalization, which narrows the openness to other perspectives. Therefore, more inclusive regulations and digital literacy education are needed so that users can be more critical of the information consumed and not be trapped in a narrow information cycle.
Djufri Djufri (Author) Copyright (c) 2025 Djufri Djufri (Author) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/4134 Wed, 19 Mar 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Analisis Klaster Emerging Adulthood Mengenai Pengaruh Perjalanan Wisata Terhadap Kualitas Hidup https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/4176
Travel plays a crucial role in shaping and influencing the quality of life of emerging adulthood who explore their lives. The morning apple is one of the routine activities held at the beginning of working hours to build discipline, improve communication between employees, and motivate civil servants to start the working day with high enthusiasm. ASN work discipline is one of the important indicators in determining the quality of public services, as well as effectiveness and efficiency in achieving the goals of government organizations. Therefore, the morning apple that is routinely held is expected to create a better culture of work discipline, as well as strengthen the relationship between leaders and subordinates. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive design and hypothesis testing to measure the effect of involvement in morning apples on ASN work discipline. The variables studied were the involvement of ASN in the morning apple as an independent variable and work discipline as a dependent variable. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to civil servants involved in morning apples in several government agencies. Data analysis was carried out using validity and reliability tests, as well as regression analysis to test the relationship between the two variables. The results of the study show that involvement in the morning apple makes a significant contribution to improving the work discipline of civil servants. Involvement in morning apples has been proven to increase the discipline of civil servants in terms of punctuality, compliance with work procedures, and productivity in carrying out duties. In addition, the morning apple also functions as an effective means of communication between management and employees, strengthens relationships between work units, and improves the morale and work spirit of ASN. Leaders who are directly involved in the morning apple set a positive example that strengthens the discipline and responsibility of ASN.
Rhendra Kusuma, Tora Akadira, Nita Nurliawati (Author) Copyright (c) 2025 Rhendra Kusuma, Tora Akadira, Nita Nurliawati (Author) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/4171 Thu, 03 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Pemanfaatan Produk UMKM Pondok Pesantren Darul Hikmah Dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Ekonomi Masyarakat Di Desa Bah Joga Kecamatan Jawa Maraja Bah Jambi Kabupaten Simalungun https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/4153
Before the existence of UMKM products of Darul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School, there were many unemployed in Bah Joga Village, and the income of the local community only came from livestock activities, palm weaving such as gedek which was then bought and sold, and agricultural activities, but many people became farm laborers in fields that were not theirs. This caused the community not to get maximum income and were far from welfare. The purpose of this study was to examine the use of UMKM products at Darul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School in improving the economic welfare of the community in Bah Joga Village, Jawa Maraja Bah District, Jambi, Simalungun Regency. The research method used was a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study showed that UMKM products of the Islamic boarding school, such as processed foods, handicrafts, and agricultural products, made a significant contribution to encouraging the economic growth of the surrounding community. Through community-based marketing and partnership networks, these products were able to increase the income of students, alumni, and the local community. Collaboration between Islamic boarding schools and the community in developing MSMEs is the creation of a mutually beneficial relationship (mutualistic symbiosis) in building economic independence based on Islamic values. In addition, the entrepreneurship training program held by Islamic boarding schools also equips the community with the skills needed to become entrepreneurs independently. Thus, the utilization of MSME products from Darul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School has been proven to contribute to improving the economic welfare of village communities in a sustainable manner. Thus, Islamic boarding schools not only function as educational institutions, but also as the main drivers of the economy that have a positive impact on the welfare of society as a whole.
Melati Rachma Ayu, Efi Brata Madya (Author) Copyright (c) 2025 Melati Rachma Ayu, Efi Brata Madya (Author) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/4153 Sun, 06 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Empirical Analysis of Policy Lapse Behavior Among Life Insurance Customers at PT Prudential Binjai https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/4102
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the lapse of life insurance policies on customers of PT Prudential Insurance Binjai Branch. Lapse is the termination of an insurance policy due to the customer's inability to pay premiums after the grace period, which is a big challenge for the insurance industry. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the main factors causing policy lapse were unstable economic conditions, lack of insurance literacy, changes in personal financial needs, and social and cultural influences. Some customers experienced a decrease in income due to job changes or family conditions, so they decided not to continue paying premiums. In addition, a lack of understanding of the long-term benefits of insurance makes customers more vulnerable to lapse decisions. The impact of policy lapse is significant for the company, including loss of premium income, reduced customer retention rates, and potential damage to the company's reputation. Although lapse can reduce claim payment obligations for the company, the negative impact on cash flow is often greater. This research provides insights for insurance companies in designing strategies to reduce lapse rates. Some recommendations that can be implemented include increasing insurance education to customers, offering more flexible products according to customer financial needs, and strengthening communication and relationships with customers to remain committed to paying premiums. With a more proactive approach, companies can increase customer satisfaction and loyalty and ensure business sustainability in the midst of intense insurance industry competition.
Aspan Sofyan Siregar, Imsar Imsar, Atika Atika (Author) Copyright (c) 2025 Aspan Sofyan Siregar, Imsar Imsar, Atika Atika (Author) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/4102 Wed, 16 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Implementasi Pengembangan Kompetensi Aparatur Sipil Negara Satuan Pelayanan Terminal Tipe A Kertonegoro Ngawi Jawa Timur https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/4190
The development of civil servant (ASN) competencies at the Service Unit (Satpel) of Type A Kertonegoro Terminal in Ngawi aims to enhance professionalism in public service, particularly in land transportation, and to improve the terminal's operational management system. However, the implementation of competency development in the field often faces various challenges. This study explores the implementation of ASN competency development at the Type A Kertonegoro Terminal and the factors influencing its execution. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, which seeks to explain phenomena in depth through data collection techniques such as interviews and document analysis. The data obtained were analyzed through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of competency development at the Satpel of Type A Kertonegoro Terminal has not yet reached optimal levels. Several influencing factors include: first, internal communication tends to be one-way and directive, failing to accommodate employees’ aspirations for skill development; second, limited human resources in terms of both quantity and quality; third, low employee motivation to improve competencies through formal education due to the rotating work schedule (24 hours on, 24 hours off), which makes it difficult to balance education, work, and family responsibilities; and fourth, the Satpel Terminal is not authorized to manage its own budget, which diminishes motivation for competency development. To address these issues, the East Java Land Transportation Management Center (BPTD), as the parent office overseeing the Kertonegoro Terminal Satpel, has undertaken several initiatives. These include establishing collaborations with educational institutions, preparing annual plans for competency development needs, nominating staff for available training programs, and encouraging proactive participation in online training sessions.
Toyibi Toyibi, Rino Ardhian Nugroho, Asal Wahyuni Erlin Mulyadi (Author) Copyright (c) 2025 Toyibi Toyibi, Rino Ardhian Nugroho, Asal Wahyuni Erlin Mulyadi (Author) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/4190 Wed, 16 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Pembentukan Makna Aksi Kolektif Perempuan Kader Tuberculosis di Kutai Timur https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/4069
Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease and has a strong stigma, but a group of women in East Kutai Regency, have decided to become TB cadres for dozens of years. This law redefines the distribution of government authority, shifting certain responsibilities from district/city governments to provincial governments. One key sector affected by this change is port management, as seen in the case of Tengkayu I Port in Tarakan. The port's administration was transferred from the Tarakan City Government to the North Kalimantan Provincial Government to improve efficiency and service quality. However, this transition has faced challenges, particularly in maintaining service standards and public satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the authority distribution policy at Tengkayu I Port, focusing on governance efficiency, policy execution, and its impact on service delivery. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research applies Edwards III’s (1980) policy implementation framework, examining communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure as key factors influencing the success of the policy. The findings reveal that while regulatory frameworks and intergovernmental coordination facilitated the transition, challenges such as resource limitations, administrative adjustments, and declining public satisfaction need to be addressed. The study underscores the importance of structured policy implementation, regulatory clarity, and stakeholder engagement in ensuring effective governance transitions. Recommendations include enhancing capacity building at the provincial level and improving communication channels between stakeholders to optimize policy outcomes.
Fredy Patantan, Milwan Milwan, Sait Abdullah (Author) Copyright (c) 2025 Fredy Patantan, Milwan Milwan, Sait Abdullah (Author) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/4109 Fri, 02 May 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Representasi Maskulinitas pada Iklan Kahf https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/4208
Advertisement as a visual communication media plays a role in forming and representing a social construction, including the concept of masculinity. Primary data includes visual clips that show non-hegemonic masculinity, then secondary data is obtained from literature studies, previous research, and other relevant publication sources. The theory of hegemonic masculinity by R. W. Connell is used as a conceptual framework to understand the social construction of masculinity in advertising. The results of the study found that the representation of masculinity in an advertisement does not need to show a dominant attitude towards women and men (with subordinate masculinity). However, many waste banks, including the Langenharjo Waste Bank, face challenges in implementing accounting systems that comply with financial reporting standards. This study aimed to describe the accounting system implementation in Langenharjo Waste Bank and its conformity with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK-EMKM), from its transaction recording system to the final financial statements. This qualitative research applied a case study design with research subjects involving the chairman, the treasurer, and two staff. The data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation; validated using source and method triangulation; and analyzed using interactive analysis. The results showed that the accounting system implementation in Langenharjo Waste Bank had been conducted regularly and manually in two ways: listing the garbages, the customers and their savings, and the particular journals; and reporting the profit and the loss. The results also indicated that the accounting system implementation at Langenharjo Waste Bank had not conformed with the SAK-EMKM. The main reason was the need for more accounting management knowledge. Some changes needed at the recording stage were making a general journal, completing the classification, and summarizing phases by making ledgers and trial balances. At the reporting stage, it was necessary to prepare the financial position report and notes on financial statements to improve the accounting system at Langenharjo Waste Bank.
Surya Jatmika, Alya Adita Nur Wijayanti, Dhany Efita Sari, Azarin Carissa Putri Laksmi (Author) Copyright (c) 2025 Surya Jatmika, Alya Adita Nur Wijayanti, Dhany Efita Sari, Azarin Carissa Putri Laksmi (Author) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/3949 Fri, 02 May 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Etnomatematika: Eksplorasi Konsep Geometri di Sekolah Dasar dalam Kearifan Lokal kain Songket dan Pakaian Melayu https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/ganaya/article/view/4192
Mathematics learning in elementary schools is often considered abstract and detached from the context of everyday life. Findings in the field, the low ability of students to understand concepts and the lack of knowledge related to culture are the main problems that need to be solved. One alternative approach used to bridge this gap is ethnomathematics, namely by linking mathematical concepts with local culture. This study aims to explore the integration of geometric concepts in the local wisdom of songket cloth and Malay clothing in mathematics learning in elementary schools. The research method used is qualitative with an ethnographic approach. Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews and visual documentation of the motifs and structures of traditional clothing such as teluk belanga, cekak musang and kekek. The results showed that motifs such as pucuk rebung, siku keluang, and bunga cengkih reflect geometric concepts such as symmetry, reflection, rotation, and translation. In addition, elements of Malay clothing reflect the forms of flat and spatial shapes, which can be used to teach the concepts of area and volume. This integration not only enriches the learning material, but also increases students' interest and motivation to learn because the material is presented through a cultural approach that is close to their lives.
