Model Konseptual Pemertahanan Bahasa Lokal di Kalimantan Timur sebagai Ibukota Negara yang Baru

Pemertahanan bahasa-bahasa lokal di Kalimantan Timur menjadi isu sentral yang harus segera diatasi mengingat keberadaan bahasa-bahasa lokal yang beragam, jumlah penutur dari kalangan muda yang menyusut, serta rencana pemindahan ibukota negara ke Kalimantan Timur yang akan menyebabkan problem ini menjadi lebih kompleks. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memaparkan teori managemen P-O-A-C dalam menyusun model konseptual pemertahanan bahasa-bahasa lokal di Kalimantan Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa teori P-O-A-C mampu memberikan landasan yang kuat dalam merumuskan model konseptual pemertahanan Bahasa-bahasa lokal di Kalimantan Timur. Paparan diatas juga menyimpulkan bahwa model konseptual pemertahanan Bahasa-bahasa lokal di Kalimantan Timur dengan mengadopsi teori P-O-A-C mampu memberi arah yang terukur dan sistematis.
