Multicultural communities require leadership capable of transforming religious values into inclusive social practices. This study aims to analyze the transformation of youth leadership based on Hindu values in strengthening multicultural education in Bugis Village, Buleleng, and to formulate a conceptual model explaining this process. A qualitative case study design was employed. Data were collected through participant observation, semi-structured interviews with five key informants, and documentation, and were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The findings show that the internalization of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, Tri Hita Karana, Mulat Sarira, and Tri Guna fosters inclusive, relational, reflective, and moral leadership. This transformation strengthens multicultural education through four mechanisms: leadership as a medium of experiential learning, expanded social inclusion, strengthened social capital and community cohesion, and the development of an inclusive religious identity. These findings indicate that Hindu values function not only as spiritual foundations but also as ethical resources and pedagogical mechanisms in a multireligious community. This study proposes Transformative Hindu Multicultural Leadership (THML) as a conceptual model grounded in the case findings that integrates Hindu values, youth participation, and interreligious collaboration to strengthen community-based multicultural education.
