Fleet Command II (Koarmada II), as one of the main commands in the structure of the Indonesian Navy, has a crucial responsibility to ensure that all elements of its warships are always ready to carry out various maritime operations. This operational readiness is not only determined by the physical condition of the warship, but also depends heavily on two main factors personnel competence in this case KRI personnel and the capability of the Fasharkan Surabaya dock. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of personnel competence and Fasharkan dock capability on the operational readiness of elements. The method used is a quantitative method with the help of SPSS version 26 software, with a questionnaire via Google Form with Random sampling used to collect sample data. The results of the study showed a strong correlation between KRI PRX Personnel Competence and Surabaya Fasharkan Dock Capability on Element Readiness in the Koarmada II environment. KRI PRX Personnel Competence and Surabaya Fasharkan Dock Capability partially have a very strong and positive relationship and have a significant influence on element readiness. This can be interpreted that the better the competence of KRI PRX personnel and the capabilities of the Fasharkan dock, the higher the readiness of elements in the Koarmada II.
Vendri Kristanto Budi Sugiarto Eska Yosep Wiratama A.K. This study aims to explore how media platforms shape public perceptions, cultural identity, and social norms in the Indonesian context. Employing a qualitative case study approach, the research investigates how mass media and social media frame issues and construct meanings that resonate with societal values, traditions, and contemporary challenges. Data collection involved in-depth interviews with media practitioners and users, content analysis of mass and social media materials, and participatory observation of interactions within digital communities. Analytical frameworks included Berger and Luckmann's theory of social construction, media convergence theory, and framing analysis. The findings reveal that social media platforms, such as tiktok and Instagram, facilitate a participatory culture where users blend global and local narratives, creating a hybrid reality. This hybrid reality reflects the negotiation of traditional values with modern, globalized influences, particularly in shaping the identity of younger generations. In contrast, mass media frequently aligns its framing of social issues with political and economic interests, influencing public perceptions through selective narratives. Additionally, the use of language, religious symbols, and algorithms was found to reinforce social norms and stereotypes, illustrating the media’s role in shaping societal expectations and behaviors. The study concludes that the interaction between traditional and digital media plays a significant role in constructing Indonesia’s social reality. It highlights the necessity of critically understanding media influences to navigate the complexities of identity and social dynamics in an increasingly globalized world.
Yudha Catur Pamungkas Agoes Moh. In the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) for Thematic Grade 6 Theme 8, the topic of the moon's satellite is often taught. However, this learning is often ineffective due to less creative teachers and inadequate learning media. Therefore, more engaging media is needed to increase student enthusiasm and understanding. This paper focuses on character design in the development of interactive book media about satellites for 6th-grade elementary school students. The method used is qualitative with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Primary data were obtained from interviews and observations, while secondary data were obtained from books and journals. The illustration design process includes determining the characteristics of each character, building character concepts, collecting references, determining design concepts, creating design alternatives, evaluating designs, and finalizing designs. Verbal and visual concepts are tailored to the target audience. The results of this design show that attractive interactive book media can enhance the understanding and interest of 6th-grade students in learning about outer space.
Kholifatus Sa'diyah Aris Sutejo Aninditya Daniar Copyright (c) 2024 Kholifatus Sa'diyah, Aris Sutejo, Aninditya Daniar https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-12-09 2024-12-09 4 4 37 49 10.37329/metta.v4i4.3685 Sinergitas Guru Kristen Dan Orang Tua Siswa Dalam Penguatan Moderasi Beragama Di SMTK SoE https://jayapanguspress.penerbit.org/index.php/metta/article/view/3689
Religious pluralism in Indonesia is a characteristic inherent in its society, but behind it all there are still individuals and radical groups who try to divide the integrity of the nation by using religious issues incorrectly, therefore synergy between teachers and parents is needed students in instilling the values of religious moderation.
